At its core lies a 13-foot-high central hall, bathed in natural light and framed to inspire. Here, tall canvases come to life, and the generous vertical volume provides the freedom every artist craves. But this isn’t just a workspace—it’s a living room, a dining area, and a gallery, all at once.

What makes this home truly unique is its transformative character. Two compact bedrooms are seamlessly integrated into the main hall as foldable wall units with Murphy beds, allowing the space to remain open and uncluttered throughout the day. By night, these units unfold into comfortable sleeping quarters.

An expandable dining table sits at the edge of the space, paired with wall-hung, foldable chairs—offering the flexibility to host a solitary meal or an intimate gathering without sacrificing floor space. Every element is deliberate, every fold purposeful.
