The layout consists of multiple compact yet thoughtfully planned units spread organically across the site. Each unit is self-sufficient, comprising essential spaces — living, dining, bedrooms, kitchenettes, and attached baths — arranged to ensure privacy while maintaining a sense of connection with the landscape. Balconies and verandahs attached to the living areas extend into the views, offering guests open-air spaces to pause and absorb the calmness of the surroundings.

The floor plans are designed with clarity and efficiency, emphasizing functional movement while allowing abundant natural light and ventilation. The setting creates a subtle rhythm as the units step along the site's natural contours, avoiding major earthworks and retaining the natural flow of the terrain.
